We offer a no quibble 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy on any item for any reason. You need to contact us within 14 of receipt of your item and then items must then be received back at Retro Killer within a further 14 days. They must be unworn/brand new in 100% re-sellable condition with bags/tags/boxes etc and all materials still attached. Used items may not be returned.
How to return items
Do not phone us, please contact us by email >>here<< BEFORE returning your item to obtain an RMA RETURNS NUMBER and covering printable email letter. We cannot give out an RMA number over the phone.
In your email please state:-

4. That you require a refund instead of an exchange.
Exchanges (Within the UK)
Should you wish to exchange for a different size or item once you have returned the item in the above manner you do not need to pay any additional delivery charges for us to send out your replacement, we will pay these costs ourselves. Please allow up to 28 days for exchanges to be processed. (But it is usually a lot quicker than this).
Refunds (Within the UK)
You can expect a full 100% refund when shopping with Retro Killer Clothing. This includes the delivery charge you initially paid. Customers are to pay their own postal costs for returns and must send via a postal service that is signed for recorded / trackable online. We take no responsibility for goods returned for refunds that go missing in the post that are not sent in this manner. Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed. Exchanges and Refunds from customers outside the UK
With exchanges outside the UK the customer is to pay shipping fees again. Original delivery charges are none refundable. Only the price of the item is refunded. Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be processed. (But it is usually a lot quicker than this).
Wherever possible we have provided all measurements (chest/body length etc) for each product so you can compare the size of the item you are viewing against an item you currently own. This is to help you to work out as to whether the item will fit you BEFORE making a purchase. (Thus helping to avoid many returns problems).
